I. General Terms
MROYUN IS A BRAND NAME OF BLUE PEPPER B.V. (HEREINAFTER REFERRED AS ‘‘WE’’, ‘‘US’’ OR ‘‘THE COMPANY’’) WITH A REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS AT VILLA PARK ROOI CATOOTJE 6, CURAÇAO.
THE COMPANY IS LICENSED UNDER THE LAWS OF KANHAWAKE TO PROVIDE INTERNET GAMING SERVICES AND PRODUCTS UNDER THE AUTHORITY GRANTED BY THE KAHNAWAKE GAMING COMMISSION. ITS LICENSE NUMBER IS 00925.

- Before using our service and product, you must carefully read and fully accept these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) (hereinafter referred to as you, the user or the player). Placing a bet on MrOyun means that the player accepts these Terms. Please note that these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the player and Blue Pepper B.V., which owns and operates the internet address specified in Article 2 of these Terms.
- Blue Pepper B.V. owns and operates the MrOyun internet address (hereinafter referred to as the website and/or service), but other domain names may be used exceptionally to allow access to this website from certain countries.
- All bets made through this website and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as bets) are managed, stored, received and processed in accordance with the laws of Kahnawake.
- The agreements defined herein are made solely between the Company and each user placing a bet on this website.
- The Company is entitled to change these Terms periodically and it is your responsibility to be aware of the latest details. In the event of significant changes to these Terms, Blue Pepper B.V. will notify users by displaying the changes at the top of the Terms page on the website. If you do not agree to the changes, please contact our Customer Support at [email protected]. If you do not agree to the changes, the user will be allowed to withdraw funds from their account balance. Your continued use of the website and its offerings constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you are legally permitted to use this website and service in your country or territory of residence and you agree to fully comply with all such country, province, state and local laws when using the service. Blue Pepper B.V makes no representations as to the legality of the online gambling service in jurisdictions where gambling is not permitted and shall not be liable for any losses, damages, legal expenses or claims. The Company also reserves the right to prohibit the game from certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion.
- The Company may ask you to provide appropriate documentation to verify your name and address in order to verify your account.
a. Acceptable identity verification documents include a passport, driver's license with a photo, ID card with a photo (in some cases, a photo of your arm holding your ID next to your face, and/or other official documents issued by the competent authorities, subject to subsequent review or approval.
b. Acceptable address verification documents include a PDF document with a barcode that you can download from e-government and that is no older than 1 month, or an electricity, water, gas bill, bank/credit card statement or telephone bill (not a mobile phone bill - these documents must be dated within the last 6 months). - The Company is not required to provide the User with any reason for refusing to open an account, rejecting individual bets and/or limiting certain bets and/or limits.
- The Company reserves the right to close an existing User account without giving any reason. In this case, we will inform the User about the account balance. The User's bet will be excluded immediately, especially in the event of suspected betting fraud or attempted fraud.
- The Company is not responsible for any damage or loss arising or thought to arise in connection with the use of the Website or the Service, including, but not limited to, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or line interruption, misuse of the Website or its content by any person, or any error or omission in the content. Furthermore, we shall not be responsible for any erroneous or obvious errors caused by its suppliers.
- You warrant that any username used by you in connection with the Website does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party. The User grants Blue Pepper B.V. a general, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free, sublicensable right to use such usernames for any purpose in connection with the website or service, subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
- The Company assumes no liability for the unauthorized use of usernames and passwords by accounts created by unauthorized persons. It is the User's responsibility to keep each User's username and password confidential from others.
- As a security measure, the User's password must be at least eight characters long and contain a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols (excluding vowels). The password must not contain characters similar to other submitted data, such as your name or city name.
- The User may only participate in the Website in a personal capacity and must be used for entertainment and recreational purposes only.
- Users are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.
It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms at all times when using the Website/Service. - The Company reserves the right to withdraw individual rights under these Terms, but does not automatically have the right to withdraw these rights as long as users continue to use the website.
- Users should be aware that all bets once placed are valid and will be subject to the latest version of the betting conditions. There is only one version of these Terms. These Terms may be published in several languages and are intended to reflect the same principles and to provide information to assist users. However, the legal basis for the relationship between the user and Blue Pepper B.V. is the English version only, and in the event of a conflict between the English version of these Terms and the versions in other languages, the English version will prevail.
- Blue Pepper B.V. reserves the right to restrict or deny partial or total access to the user's account. If the Company considers that the user is engaged in fraudulent, illegal, dishonest or improper activities while using the website and service, or attempts or participates in activities set out in these Terms, Blue Pepper B.V. has the right to take any action it deems appropriate, including, but not limited to:
a. Immediately blocking a user's access to the website;
b. Confiscating the funds in the user's account;
c. Terminate a user's account; and/or
d. Take legal action against a user.
II. General Bonus Conditions

Any breach of the General Promotions and Bonuses Terms and Conditions may result in a breach of these terms.
III. Definition of Earnings
- The company reserves the right to later correct incorrectly calculated or confirmed winnings. In this case, the bet will be recalculated at the adjusted odds and if the result is a win, the user will pay at the adjusted odds. Wrongly paid winnings must be returned to us; otherwise, if they remain in your account, your account balance will be adjusted.
IV. Return and Winning Limits
- For Sports Betting, Casino and Live Casino games, there is a weekly winning/refund limit of €200,000 or the equivalent in the player’s preferred currency for each user.
- For Sports Betting Coupons, there is a winning limit of €100,000 or the equivalent in the player’s preferred currency.
- For Casino and Live Casino games, the maximum payout in a single game round is €500,000 or the equivalent in the player’s preferred currency. Winnings exceeding this limit in a game round will be limited to €500,000 and any remaining balance will be considered void.
- In the event of suspicious bets and fraudulent sports events, the Company reserves the right to block refunds on the relevant events until the investigation is completed. Winning payouts will be suspended until the investigation of the relevant event is completed.
- Winning payouts can be held for a maximum of 30 days.
- The Company reserves the right to void any winnings or bets in sports competitions where there are signs of fraud or match-fixing. The amount of the bet will be refunded.
- The Company retains the right to void any winnings from Casino and Live Casino games when any bug, virus, error, defect or inconsistency in the game software is exploited in the player's favor.
V. Account opening/account
- To place bets and make deposits, you must first register on the website and create a user account (hereinafter referred to as the "User Account").
- In order to register and create an account on the website, you must ensure that you are not currently included on any regulatory or sanctions list that prohibits the Company from doing business with you or performing other transactions or providing services to you. You must also ensure that you are not prohibited from entering into financial transactions with the Company due to your geographic location or otherwise. Specifically, you are not located in the following countries: Iran, North Korea, Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Sweden, the United States and its dependencies, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, including military bases and territories, Russia, Belarus, Syria, Yemen, Myanmar, Venezuela, Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Mali, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cuba, Curaçao, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Latvia, Lithuania, Marshall Islands, Martinique, New Caledonia, Norfolk Island, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Somalia, Spain, Sweden, Isle of Man, United Kingdom, Wallis and Futuna, or any other jurisdiction where your participation would conflict with any applicable law. You will not be able to receive services from such countries, and if we discover that you are located in such country, we may immediately terminate your account and access to the website(s) and services.
- Persons who open a User Account on the website must meet the following acceptance criteria (but are not limited to):
a. Be 18 years of age or older or the age specified in the applicable jurisdiction of the user's place of residence; this age must not be less than 18 years of age.
b. Not attempt or continue to invest income derived from unlawful activities.
c. Create the User Account for personal use, not for commercial purposes.
d. Fully comply with the jurisdictional requirements of clause 2 above.
e. Be the sole owner of the User Account and not share the User Account with any other party. - During the registration process, you are required to choose a username and password to log in to the website. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that your login information is stored securely. You must not share your login information with anyone and must not allow any other person to use your User Account. Blue Pepper B.V. is not responsible for any misuse of your User Account due to your disclosure of your login information to any third party, whether intentionally or accidentally, passively or actively.
- If you become aware that you have more than one registered User Account, you must immediately notify us. Failure to do so may result in your User Account(s) being disabled from further access.
- Once you have opened an account, the Company reserves the right to forfeit all funds for an account found to be in violation of the rules set forth in these terms.
- The Company maintains the strictest confidentiality obligations for all user accounts. However, we are only required to disclose information upon request by a law enforcement agency or our regulatory body. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
- To inquire about your account, you may contact our Customer Service by sending an email to [email protected].
- You may select the currency during the registration process. The currency used by each user will be the currency selected at the time of account opening and cannot be changed later. Please note that users are not automatically granted the right to select their account currency.
- Accounts cannot be transferred between players. Similarly, funds cannot be transferred from one User Account to another.
- You may only have one User Account registered in your name on the website using true and correct personal information. If you attempt to open more than one User Account, all accounts attempted by the user may be blocked or closed and all bets and/or wagers may be cancelled without prior notice.
- Uncertain Betting: The Company reserves the right to reject and void an uncertain bet.
- Corporate betting: Users must always place bets individually. If one or more users place the same bet several times, the bet will be cancelled. Another example is when several users are members of a betting organization/association or syndicate, each bet is placed several times by one or more users within a short period of time and the bets are placed together. This rule may apply even in such cases. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to forfeit the balance of your account.
- If the Company accidentally credits funds that do not belong to you to your User Account due to technical or human error or any other reason, the amount will remain the property of the Company and the amount will be transferred from your User Account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you before the Company becomes aware of the error, the amount paid in error will become a debt to Blue Pepper B.V., without prejudice to any other remedies and actions that may be available at law. In the event of an incorrect credit, you must notify the Company via customer support or email.
- No bet will be approved until it is presented to the account holder in the "Your bets" section of your account.
- The Company reserves the right to grant bonuses to its users if certain criteria and conditions are met. When you place a bet, the applicable criteria will apply and you will be notified online or via email that you have been granted a bonus. The bonus granted will be automatically credited to your account.
- Users have the right to voluntarily close their account. This can be done by contacting customer support and/or via the User Account settings. Please note that only the Company can reopen an account that has been closed due to concerns other than responsible gaming. Any account closures related to self-exclusion and/or problem gambling behavior will not be reopened.
- Regarding payments deposited and withdrawn to your User Account:
a. You can deposit and withdraw funds to your User Account using different payment methods such as credit cards and e-wallets. Cash deposits or withdrawals are not possible.
b. All payments are made through a secure connection to prevent unauthorized third-party access as much as possible.
c. The Company reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each payment method. The Payment Methods page on the website contains all terms and conditions and explains the payment process in detail.
d. Depending on the payment method, the Company reserves the right to charge a transaction fee. Each fee can be found on the Payment Methods page on the website and the payment process is also clearly stated.
e. The Company reserves the right to add, remove or adjust the available payment methods at any time.
f. You will be held responsible for any fees such as bet cancellation, suspension or chargeback due to incorrect deposits.
g. Users who prefer electronic payment will no longer have the right to cancel after the payment has been officially made. In addition, internationally accepted regulations and laws will apply to the electronic payment process.
h. Blue Pepper B.V. is not a financial institution. We do not pay interest or provide credit on the balance in your account, regardless of the amount.
i. The Company is required by law to verify the identity of each user. Blue Pepper B.V. also reserves the right to conduct in-depth identification at its own discretion.
j. Payments to and from your User Account (i.e. deposits and withdrawals) must be made only from payment instruments registered in your name. The use of third-party payment instruments not in the name of the User Account holder is strictly prohibited. In the event that payments are determined to originate from third-party payment instruments, these instruments will be deactivated on the site, payments will be immediately returned to the third-party account, and all bets placed and winnings obtained may be forfeited.
VI. Withdrawal
Online betting account
- All withdrawal requests will be checked and sent manually. Wire transfer arrangements are not made automatically.
- All deposits must be used for gaming/betting. You may request a withdrawal of your winnings from gaming/betting.
- Bonus withdrawal conditions vary depending on the bonus, so please read the General Bonus Conditions listed in these Terms carefully, as well as the individual bonus conditions.
- The current winning balance is owned by the user. If the User Account is used in accordance with these Terms and the law, the user has the right to request a withdrawal from the approved User Account. In this case, please request that your withdrawal be processed using the withdrawal request form on the withdrawal page of the website.
- Depending on the payment instrument you have chosen, the payment will be made to the account in your name (in accordance with clause 18.(j) above). However, the Company reserves the right to process the withdrawal subject to receipt of a valid identity document or proof of ownership of the payment instrument. When a withdrawal request is made, we reserve the right, in principle, to withhold payment until the card has been fully verified by the issuing bank.
- Payment complaints must be submitted to the Company by the user within 30 days of the request.
- Users can request a withdrawal once a week (from Monday to Sunday) without any fees. In case of more frequent withdrawals, the Company will charge a fee of 5.5% of the requested amount or a minimum of 5 Euros or the equivalent in the player's account currency for each subsequent request.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse payments from or to certain payment instruments.
- Please note that you cannot request a withdrawal until the entire amount deposited into your account has been wagered at least once.
- The Company reserves the right to request evidence, as well as use additional procedures and methods to verify your identity and other data provided by you at any time. We reserve the right to conduct identity checks of a user with third-party services using the information provided to us by a user after registering a User Account on the Website. You are informed that we carry out verification procedures on customers who make transactions ourselves or through third parties. At the deposit stage and/or at the withdrawal stage (or both) or at any other stage at the discretion of Blue Pepper B.V., you may be asked to provide us with documents such as a copy of your passport or other identification documents. Additional documents such as documents verifying the user’s address of residence and/or additional proof of ownership of the payment instrument, as well as our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. We may also request previously provided documents that later expire or are no longer valid for any reason, or additional KYC documents at any time and for any reason. If you fail to provide the requested information or documents, or if the information or documents you provide are found to be false or misleading, your User Account may be blocked or closed. We reserve the right to close your User Account and retain all funds held in your User Account until the verification process is complete.
- If, after our verification checks are completed, it is suspected that the User Account or the payment methods used by the user belong to an individual under the age of 18:
a. All transactions made will be voided and all relevant funds deposited by the user will be refunded to the payment method used to deposit such funds, if possible, and all winnings will be forfeited.
b. The User Account will be closed. - Withdrawals must be made to the same method as the deposit, wherever possible. The Company reserves the right to request that you withdraw funds to a specific payment method or to require that funds be withdrawn to an alternative payment method in order to comply with its anti-money laundering policies and regulations. If you have deposited funds via multiple payment methods, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to split your withdrawals between different payment methods.
VII. About bets on the site
- Betting is only allowed if the User's Account has sufficient funds.
- If a bet is placed due to a technical error despite insufficient funds, the bet will be deemed invalid. In this case, the Company will not be liable for any damages and your account will be reset to its original position before the bet was placed.
- In the rare event that information is disclosed during the betting period that the outcome could have already been determined, the Company will set a new deadline for the bet or declare the bet invalid.
- The Company is not responsible for typos, transmission errors or evaluation errors made by Users. In particular, obvious errors in entering the odds and/or evaluating the results of the bet (e.g. typos, incorrect matches, seemingly inappropriate odds and handicaps, low/high number of goals given in bets, etc.), making mistakes or declaring the bet invalid even after the results have been announced. The Company is also not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided or the up-to-dateness of this information (e.g. odds list or live score). Only bets approved and recorded by the Company will be valid.
- You can only place bets online through our site. You cannot send bets by post, fax, e-mail or any other means. All bets received by these means will be void, regardless of whether they win or lose.
- The bet is confirmed by the Company's online electronic confirmation (i.e. when the bet is received).
- If you do not know the date and time the bet was confirmed due to a communication error or if the user does not have the necessary personal data, the bet will be void. In this case, the bet amount will be refunded.
- Bets received after the start of the betting event are also void. However, this rule does not apply to live betting.
- The limit of bets is determined by the Company.
- It is not allowed to bet on behalf of betting companies and betting brokers, and even their employees. For example, if a user participates in a sports event as a participant, organizer, coach or club official, it is not allowed to bet on this event. In the rare event that such situations occur, the Company reserves the right to cancel these bets even after the event has ended and the winnings will be forfeited.
- Your winnings will be automatically transferred to your account. However, we may withhold the winnings until the official match report is published.
- The Company's record is decisive for each bet. We can also disclose records upon request. We can also correct your betting account only to correct obvious errors, obvious typos or miscalculations.
- Users may also be given the opportunity to cancel certain bet slips if they wish to verify the accuracy of the bet details. However, this is a voluntary action of the Company and the user has no right to automatically cancel the bet slip. This cancellation request is only possible through the online "My Bets" page. Therefore, it cannot be requested by e-mail, post, fax, telephone or other means of communication. As a general rule, live bets cannot be canceled.

a. Users who violate the rules and other rules applicable to our casinos and live casinos will be banned from participating in promotions and bonus programs without notice.
b. The Casino offers users a “play for fun” version and a “play for real (paid)” version. You must have sufficient funds in your User Account to play for real money.
c.Live casino products (online and mobile casinos) are only available in a “play for real money (paid) version” and therefore can only be played for real money.
d. We prohibit third party assistance tools and software (TPA) that provide an “unfair advantage” to users. We consider “TPA Tools” to include, but are not limited to, items such as computer software, websites and reference materials. The Company reserves the right to consider any use of the aforementioned TPA Tools as a material breach of these Terms and, accordingly, shall have the right to terminate a User Account if a user engages in or attempts to engage in such activity, regardless of the outcome of such an attempt. If such termination occurs in accordance with this Clause, the Company reserves the right to seize funds resulting from such conduct..
XII. Data protection regulations
- Users must understand that the Company obtains personal data due to the storage and processing of betting information as part of the betting process.
- Blue Pepper B.V. processes your personal data for the purpose of providing you with an online betting/gambling service.
- The Company will never transfer your data to a third party unless it is legally obliged to do so under applicable law, for the performance of a contract to provide a gambling service to the User and/or based on your consent. The Company also reserves the right to disclose your data on the basis of legitimate interest, which means that we reserve the right to disclose your data to third parties on the basis of our legitimate interest only where we have comprehensively assessed and balanced these interests with your rights, freedoms and interests.

XIII. Requests and Complaints

- In the first instance, any dispute should be forwarded to our customer service team for resolution by emailing [email protected]. Our internal review mechanisms will then be used to investigate a complaint from you. We will deal with all complaints as soon as reasonably possible.
- Disputes should be forwarded to us as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of the incident in question.

All accounts are matched to your identity, so when you open a new account, the account will be closed and any remaining funds will be refunded to you.
XV. Prevention of Money Laundering
- As a gaming operator, we must comply with the rules regarding money laundering.
- All transactions will be monitored for the purpose of preventing money laundering. The Company will report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities in Kahnawake. If the Company becomes aware of any suspicious activity in relation to any of the Games, it must immediately report it to the relevant authorities. The Company may suspend, block or close a User Account and seize funds upon request in accordance with applicable national and international laws, statutes and orders regarding the Prevention of Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism.

XVI. Unused and Dormant Accounts
- If an Account remains inactive for a period of 12 months, the Company will classify it as inactive. 6 months before your Account is deemed inactive up to the 12th consecutive month of inactivity, the Company will make all reasonable efforts to return any remaining funds to you.
- After 12 months of continuous inactivity, the Company reserves the right to charge periodic administrative fees. These fees will apply from the date your Account is marked as inactive and will not exceed the balance in your Account. A monthly fee of EUR 10 (or currency equivalent) or 10% of the balance in the inactive account, whichever is greater, will be charged in each subsequent calendar month (also – inactivity fee). The inactivity fee will be deducted from the inactive account until either: (a) the inactive account balance is reduced to zero; or (b) the inactive account is reactivated by you. In each case of (a) and (b) specified in this clause, the inactive account fee will cease to be charged.
- We reserve the right to close an account that is inactive and whose balance reaches zero.
XVII. Limitation of Liability
- The telecommunications networks and Internet access services required for you to access and use the service are completely beyond our control and we will not accept any liability for any interruptions, slowness, capacity limitations or other deficiencies affecting them.
- Before using or during your use of the service, you acknowledge, agree and acknowledge that your use of the service is entirely at your own discretion, discretion and risk. The service is provided without any warranties, express or implied.

- You agree to fully indemnify and hold Blue Pepper B.V., its directors, employees, partners and service providers harmless from and against any costs, expenses, losses, damages, claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of:
a. Your breach of these Terms in whole or in part;
b. Your violation of any law or third party rights; And
c. Any use of the Service by any person accessing the Service using your login credentials, whether or not this is done with your consent.
XVIII. Violation, Penalties and Termination
- If you breach or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have breached any provision of these terms, we reserve the right to refuse to open, suspend or close your User Account.
- If we suspect that you have engaged in any illegal and/or fraudulent activity while using the Service or the website; or in breach of these Terms, we may, at our sole discretion, freeze or terminate your User Account, confiscate any funds or cancel any bets.
XIX. Other
- Nothing in this agreement creates or confers any right or benefit on any non-party third party.
- Nothing in this agreement creates or shall be deemed to create a partnership, agency, trust agreement, fiduciary relationship or joint venture between you and the Company.
- The User shall provide complete and accurate information regarding all details and information requested by us in connection with the User’s use of the service and the website, always subject to the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
XX. Entire Agreement
- The enforceability of these terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision herein in any jurisdiction, or the validity or enforceability of any other provision herein in any other jurisdiction.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kahnawake and the parties agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kahnawake.
